下颌骨髁突骨折治疗的临床评价

摘　　要：目的 :评价下颌骨髁突骨折的治疗方法 ,探讨其优缺点。方法 :根据X线及临床表现 ,采取非手术治疗34例 ,手术治疗8例 ,42例随访1a以上。结果 :治疗效果与患者的年龄、骨折移位程度相关 ,手术治疗和非手术治疗无明显差异。结论 :依据检查指标选择有效的治疗方法 。Objective: Evaluate the different kinds of treatment for mandibular condylar process fractures. Methods:According to the clinical and radiological findings,34 cases had been treated conservatively and 8 cases surgically,42 cases could be followed for a least 1 year. Results:The effect of treatment were related to the patients age,site of fracture and degree of displacement of condylar process. It showed no difference on effects of treatment between two groups of patients after one year follow up. Condusion:If the objective criterion as the treatment methods of choice the satisfactory results may be obtained.
