摘　　要：目的 观察用保存的人羊膜对结膜大片缺损患者进行结膜表面重建的效果。方法 对翼状胬肉、睑球粘连和结膜肿瘤患者手术后引起的大片结膜缺损进行保存的人羊膜移植。结果 在随访期间（4～36个月），29例(33眼) 中25例(29眼)术后没有复发，结膜上皮愈合稳定，没有出现明显的炎症和瘢痕，术后4例（4眼）患者结膜表面重建失败：初发性翼状胬肉1例(1眼)，复发性翼状胬肉2例(2眼)，睑球粘连1例(1眼)。结论 羊膜移植可以用作翼状胬肉、睑球粘连、肿瘤等手术后的大片结膜缺损的结膜表面重建。Objective To investigate the outcome of preserv ed human amniotic membrane used for the reconstruction of the conjunctival defec t. Methods Amniotic membrane transplantation was performed in the conjunctival defect resulting from removal of large conjunctival tumors，symble pharon and pterygia. Results During 14 5 months (range 4 to 36 m onths) of visiting patients, 25(29 eyes) of 29 patients（33 eyes）did not recurr e after operation， conjunctival surface remained stable without inflammation or scar. however, 4 cases (4 eyes) failed in conjunctival surface reconstruction， 1 patient(1 eye) belonged to con genital pterygium， 2 patients (2 eyes) to recurrent pterygium and 1 patient (1 eye) to symblepharon. Conclusions Amniotic membrane transplantati on can be used to reconstruct conjunctival defect resulting from removal of larg e conjunctival tumors, symblepharon and pterygia.
