摘　　要：目的 :探讨HSV 2感染及其PCNA表达与宫颈癌的关系。方法 :采用PCR技术、免疫组化SP法检测同一宫颈癌变组织的HSV 2感染及其PCNA表达情况 ,并与非癌变组织进行比较。结果 :①84例宫颈癌组织中HSV 2DNA阳性率、HSV 2和PCNA表达率分别为 48 8%、 34 5 %和 71 4% ;②5 9例非癌变组织中 ,尖锐湿疣和正常宫颈组织的HSV 2DNA阳性率、PCNA表达率依次为 2 1 7%和 15 4%、 37 0 %和 7 7% ;尖锐湿疣的HSV 2表达率为 15 2 %。结论 :汕头地区宫颈癌的发生与较高的HSVObjective:To study the relationships of simple herpes virus(HSV) infection,proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) expression with cervical carcinoma.Methods:Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and immunohistochemistry were used.Cancerous tissues of the uterine cervix in 84 cases and cervical tissues of non carcinoma in 59 cases were detected.Results:①The positive rates of HSV 2 DNA,HSV 2 and PCNA expression in cervical cancer were 48 8%,34 5% and 71 4% respectively.② The positive rates of HSV 2 DNA and PCNA expression incondyloma acuminata and normal cervical tissues were 21 7% and 15 4%,37 0% and 7 7% respectively.The rate of HSV 2 expression in condyloma acuminata was 15 2%.The results suggested that the positive rates of HSV 2 infection and PCNA expression in cancerous tissues of uterine cervix were higher than that in cervical tissues of non carcinoma(P<0 01).Conclusion:The higher infectious rates of HSV 2 and PCNA expression are closely related to the occurence of cervical carcinoma.
