气相色谱法鉴别人胃内螺杆菌和弯曲菌

摘  要:目的 :鉴别人胃内各种螺杆菌和弯曲菌。方法 :采取微需氧培养法从人胃窦部大弯侧粘膜培养螺杆菌和弯曲菌 ,通过全细胞脂肪酸气相色谱法检测脂肪酸含量。结果 :培养出 35株螺杆菌和弯曲菌。经常规鉴定为幽门螺杆菌 30株、人胃螺旋菌 2株、空肠弯曲菌 3株 ;经全细胞脂肪酸气相色谱法检测 ,最后确定为幽门螺杆菌 32株、空肠弯曲菌多伊尔亚种 2株、唾液弯曲菌 1株。结论 :人胃内存在多种螺杆菌和弯曲菌 。Objective:To discriminate of helicobacter and campylobacter from human stomach.Methods:Helicobacter and campylobacter from the mucosa of human stomach antrum were cultured and isolated by microaerophlic method.The whole cellular fatty acids were detected by gas chromatography.Results:Thirty five strains of helicobacters and campylobacters from human stomach were routinely identified as 30 strains of helicobacter pylori,2 strains of gastrospirillum hominis and 3 strains of campylobacter jejuni.While the whole cellular fatty acid compositions of these strains were determined by gas chromatography,the final results were 32 strains of helicobacter pylori,2 strains of campylobacter jejuni subsp.doylei and 1 strain of campylobacter sputorum.Conclusion: The research shows that there are varied species of helicobacter and campylobacter in human stomach,and gas chromatography is a useful method for identifying these bacteria.
