摘　　要：目的　探讨卵巢纤维瘤CT分型及诊断价值。方法　回顾分析经手术、病理证实 16例卵巢纤维瘤CT资料 ,其中 12例作盆腔扫描 ,4例行全腹CT扫描。结果　卵巢纤维瘤CT表现拟分为四种类型 :( 1)单纯型 ,( 2 )变性型 ,( 3)血管扩张型 ,( 4)合并腹水型。结论　卵巢纤维瘤CT表现呈多样化 ,需与子宫浆膜下肌瘤、阔韧带肌瘤、卵巢恶性肿瘤等疾病鉴别。Objective To inquire into the CT classification and diagnostic value of ovarian fibroma.Methods The CT appearances of 16 cases with ovarian fibroma comfirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Among them,scan of pelvis and abdomen were performed in 12 cases and 4 cases respectiuly.Results There were 4 different types according to CT manifestation of ovarian fibroma:(1)simple type;(2)degeneration type;(3)angio dilate type;(4)ovarian fibroma with ascites.Conclusion The findings of ovarian fibroma are varied,the differential diagnosis of ovarian fibroma should be done with myoma of uterus and ovarian malignant tumour.
