摘　　要：虚拟企业的项目进度粗规划是一种面向协商的项目规划。分析了虚拟企业生产项目进度粗规划工作流及工期调整的一些处理原则 ,在项目协商规划有解的前提下 ,提出一种由盟主控制工期协商难度 。In virtual enterprise, rough project planning is oriented to negotiation. In this paper, the workflow and some rules of rough project planning are analyzed. Based on the solvable constraint conditions, an algorithm is brought out, with this algorithm, the coordinator of virtual enterprise can control the difficulty degree of negotiation and shorten the project makespan.
