摘　　要：目的 :探讨细胞压片、组织切片及电镜检查对脑星形细胞瘤的诊断价值。方法 :手术活检脑组织标本行常规压片、切片及电镜检查 ,并作对比。结果 :31例中 ,星形细胞瘤 7例 ( 2 2 .6% ) ,间变性星形细胞瘤 9例 ( 2 9.0 % ) ,胶质母细胞瘤 15例 ( 48.4% )。电镜检查对肿瘤来源确定及疑难病例诊断有帮助。结论 :脑组织压片快而便捷 ,对初筛肿瘤性质有重要意义 ;组织切片对诊断脑肿瘤的性质及准确分级分型有很大帮助 ;Objective To evaluate the value of imprint,histological section and electron microscopy in diagnosis of astrocytomas.Method Routine imprint,paraffin section and electron microscopy were applyed through surgical biopsy of braintumors.Results In 31 cases there were 7 cases of astrocytomas(22.6%),9 cases of anaplastic astrocytomas(29.0%) and 15 cases of gliblastomas(48.4%).Electron microscopy was of much help to confirming the histogenesis of tumors and diagnosing the proplematic cases.Conclusion Brain tissue imprint,with the characters of quick and easy to prepare,play an important role in screening tumors.Histopathological diagnosis is of help to confirming the biological behavior and exact grade of brain neoplasms,while electron microscopy can provide some evidence for diagnosing the cases that are difficult to define with light microscopy.
