摘　　要：以粗糙脉孢霉Neurosporacrassaarg_13基因作为探针筛选λgt10cDNA文库 ,获得全长arg_13cDNA并能表型拯救arg_13突变株 .进行了arg_13cDNA测序 .为了进一步证实arg_13的功能 .构建了GAL1诱导表达的arg_13cDNA的载体 .该载体能表型互补酿酒酵母Saccharomycescerevisiaearg11突变株 .证实arg_13编码线粒体内膜鸟氨酸转运酶 .Full length arg-13 cDNA has been cloned after screening a cDNA library with arg-13 gene as probe, and is capable of phenotypic rescuing arg-13 mutant. To further confirm arg-13's function, an inducible vector of arg-13 cDNA driven by GAL 1 promoter has been constructed, and phenotypic complement arg11 mutant of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, indicating that arg-13 encodes motochondrial inner membrane ornithine carrier. The data also indicates that yeast mitochondrial translocation machinery can target mitochondrial inner membrane proteins of Neurospora.
