摘　　要：为了观察凋亡素 (apoptin)能否诱导白血病细胞发生凋亡 ,利用脂质体介导将凋亡素基因真核表达质粒转染白血病细胞系。通过琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析、电子显微镜观察 ,结果表明 。A lot of molecular biological techniques were used to observe the effect of apoptin on induction of the apoptosis in human leukemia cell line. The results showed the expression of apoptin plays an important role in induction of the apoptosis of human leukemia cell line.
