血清VEGF与bFGF在胃癌中的变化及其意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨胃癌患者血清VEGF、bFGF变化及与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法　应用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)测定 33例胃癌血清VEGF、bFGF含量。结果　胃癌血清VEGF、bFGF分别为 134 45± 77 5 4pg/ml,35 5 8± 11 71pg/ml;而正常对照组 (n =8)VEGF、bFGF分别为 6 1 75± 6 2 4pg/ml,2 75± 6 78pg/ml,均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 0 1)。胃癌≥ 5cm(n =2 3)血清VEGF较 <5cm(n =10 )明显升高 ,分别为 112 2± 76 36pg/ml与 144 13± 77 99pg/ml(P <0 0 5 )。另外 ,血清VEGF与胃癌TNM分期、有无淋巴结转移、细胞病理类型可能无明显关联 ;而bFGF与胃癌肿瘤大小、TNM分期、有无淋巴结转移、细胞病理类型无明显关联。结论　血清VEGF的水平与胃癌肿瘤负荷有关 ,血清VEGF。Objective To evaluate the change of serum VEGF,bFGF and relation to biological behavior of gastric carcinoma.Methods 33 cases of gastric carcinoma and 8 normal controls were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The sera of VEGF,bFGF in gastric carcinoma patients(134 45±77 54pg/ml,35 58±11 71pg/ml,respectively) were much higher than that in controls(61 75±6 24pg/ml,2 75±6 78pg/ml,respectively)( P <0 001);the serum VEGF in tumor diameter ≥5cm was higher than that in diameter <5cm( P <0 05),but to tumor TNM stage,histological type,with or without lymph metastasis,the change showed no difference;the serum bFGF in gastric carcinoma showed no relation to tumor diameter,tumor TNM stage,histological type,with or without lymph metastasis.Conclusions The tumor volume of gastric carcinoma was related to serum VEGF level;the measurement of serum VEGF,bFGF might provide an objective index to diagnosis of gastric carcinoma.
