经直肠超声波引导下前列腺穿刺活检技术的临床评价

摘　　要：为达到前列腺癌的早期诊断和治疗 ,对 2 1例患者进行了经直肠超声波引导下的前列腺穿刺活检术 ,穿刺全部获得成功 ,无 1例产生严重的术后并发症。共检出前列腺癌 11例、良性前列腺增生 ( BPH) 9例、前列腺结核 1例。认为尽管 CT、 B超、血清前列腺特异性抗原 ( PSA)检测等方法都可作为临床判断前列腺癌的辅助诊断 ,但较为切实可靠的是对可疑患者进行前列腺的穿刺活检加病理学检查 ,还对穿刺活检的技术要点和注意事项及其优缺点进行了讨论。In order to early diagnose and treat prostate cancer, transrectal ultrasound guided biopsy of the prostate was performed in 21 patients who were clinically suspected as having prostate cancer. All the biopsies have been performed successfully without occurrence of severe complications. Eleven cases were pathological prostate cancer, 9 cases benign prostate hyperplasia, and 1 case prostate tuberculosis. Although examinations of CT scan and ultrasound and determination of serum PSA were helpful in diagnosing prostate cancer, transrectal ultrasound guided biopsy of the prostate can provide accurate and objective pathological evidence for early diagnosis. The cause of prostate cancer, main point of biopsy and cautions were also discussed.
