单态氧猝灭剂叠氮钠治疗角膜碱烧伤实验研究

摘　　要：为研究叠氮钠对角膜碱烧伤的治疗作用 ,在家兔的角膜碱烧伤模型中 ,用 1g/ L Na N3及 10 g/ L Na N3+ 10 0g/ L 枸橼酸钠滴眼剂治疗。同时用硫代巴比妥酸 ( TBA)反应法检测过氧化脂质 ( L PO) ,用组织培养人角膜上皮细胞检测 Na N3毒性 ,发现角膜烧伤后 L PO逐渐减少。治疗组病情较轻 ,且 Na N3毒性低 ,认为角膜碱烧伤后 ,用 Na N3治疗有一定效果。The therapeutic effects of sodium acide (NaN 3), an agent of singlet oxygen scavenger, in the treatment of alkaline burn of cornea was investigated in a dose of 1 g/L NaN 3 or 1 g/L NaN 3+100 g/L Sod. Citrate. LPO was determined by TBA fluorophotmeter. The toxicity of NaN 3 was detected by tissue culture assay. It was found that LPO was decreased gradually after alkaline burn. The therapeutic effect of NaN 3 were better than in the control group. The toxicity of NaN 3 was slight. It was suggested the use of NaN 3 in alkaline burn of cornea was considerable.
