仰卧头偏侧体位在小脑桥脑角区病变显微手术中的应用

摘　　要：为探讨仰卧头偏侧体位在 CPA病变显微手术中的应用 ,采用仰卧头偏侧体位切除 CPA肿瘤 13例 ,术中病人仰卧 ,头偏向肿瘤对侧 ,患侧的枕后区向上 ,经枕下旁正中入路切除肿瘤。所有病变得到良好显露 ,其中 12例全切 ,无1例发生严重并发症。结果表明 :采用仰卧头偏侧体位切除 CPA肿瘤能获得良好显露 ,对脑组织牵拉小 ,并发症少 ,手术医师不易疲劳。The clinical application of the supine position with head laterally fixed in the microsurgery of CPA mass was investigated. Thirteen cases of CPA tumor were microsurgically operated on by this position. During the operation, the patients lay supine with head laterally positioned toward the opposite side of the tumor, the suboccipital region of the tumor side exposed upward, and the tumors were removed through suboccipital paramedian approach. All the cases got good exposure. Thereinto, 12 were totally removed and no severe complications occurred. It was indicated that by this position, the CPA tumors could be well removed with good exposure, less traction on the cerebral tissue and complications.
