摘　　要：目的 :探讨枕骨大孔区神经鞘瘤的诊断技术和显微手术治疗技巧。方法 :分析经显微手术治疗的 6例枕骨大孔区神经鞘瘤的临床特点及治疗效果。结果 :6例肿瘤均获全切 ,无手术致残及死亡。结论 :MRI对枕骨大孔区神经鞘瘤的诊断具有重要价值 ,显微手术治疗是目前最理想的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the diagnosis and microsurgical treatment of neurilemmomas of the foramen magnum.Methods The clinical behavior and therapeutic efficacy of 6 patients with neurilemmomas of the foramen magnum by microsurgical therapy were analyzed.Results 6 cases were completely resected without operative mutilation and mortality.Conclusions MRI examination has important value in diagnosis of neurilemmomas of the foramen magnum.The best treatment for the neurilemmomas of the foramen magnum is active micro neurosurgery.
