摘　　要：目的 :分析Lasik手术中并发症发生的原因和预防处理措施。方法 :应用SchwindSupratome微型角膜切开刀和LasersightLSX型准分子激光对 2 32例 4 48眼行Lasik手术。结果 :并发症有游离角膜瓣 2眼(0 .4 5 % ) ,角膜瓣形成不全 4眼 (0 .9% ) ,结膜下出血 195眼 (4 3.5 3% ) ,角膜血管翳出血 9眼 (2 % ) ,角膜瓣位置偏离 4眼 (0 .9% ) ,薄角膜瓣 2眼 (0 .4 5 % ) ,角膜层间异物残留 18眼 (4 .0 1% )。结论 :Lasik治疗屈光不正安全有效 ,手术技巧提高和熟练掌握机器的性能有助于减少并发症和增加手术的安全性。Objective:To analyze the causes of the complications of excimer laser in situ keratomilusis (Lasik)during operation as well as how to prevent and treat the complications.Methods:Lasik was performed on 232 patients (448eyes)with Schwind supratome and Lasersight LSX excimer laser.Results:The complications included:(1)free corneal cap,2 eyes(0.45%);(2) incomplete corneal cap,4 eyes (0.9%);(3)corneal limbal vascular pannus bleeding,9 eyes (2%);(4)subconjunctival hemorrahage,195 eyes (43.53%);(5)decentral flap,4 eyes (0.9%);(6)thin flap,2 eyes (0.45%);(7)corneal interface foreign bodies,18 eyes(4.01%).Conclusion:Although Lasik has been demonstrated to be a safe and effective way in correcting the ametropia,the development of the ophthalmologist's techniques is helpful in reducing the complications and increasing the safety of Lasik.
