白内障术后盲及低视力的激光康复治疗

摘　　要：目的 :研究白内障术后盲及低视力的原因及康复方法。方法 :对白内障术后盲及低视力 2 76例、364眼进行病因分析 ,根据病因进行激光康复治疗。结果 :引起白内障术后盲及低视力的原因依次为后囊混浊、瞳孔上移、高度散光、青光眼、视网膜脱离、黄斑囊样水肿、角膜失代偿。对 364眼中的 34 7眼 (95 .33% )进行激光康复治疗 ,2 4 6眼 (67.5 8% )脱残。结论 :白内障术后盲及低视力者大部分仍可康复 ,激光治疗应用范围广 ,价格低 ,易被患者接受 ,是白内障术后盲及低视力者康复治疗的首选方法。Objective:To decrease the prevalence of blindness and low vision in patients after cataract surgery.Methods:The causes of blindness and low vision in patients after cataract surgery were analyzed.The patients were treated with YAG laser according to the causes of blindness and low vision.Results:The common causes of blindness and low vision were posterior capsule opacities,pupil upward removal,marked astigmatism,glaucoma,retinal detachment,cystoid macular edema and corneal decompensation.364 eyes were treated with YAG laser.In 246 eyes,the visual acuity was 0.3 or better after laser treatment.Conclusions:Most patients with blindness and low vision after cataract surgery can be cured.The laser treatment can be used in many postoperative complications after cataract surgery.
