OK镜治疗近视眼的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :评价OK镜矫正技术对青少年近视的矫正效果。方法 :采用OK镜矫正技术对 32例、64眼青少年近视眼患者进行矫正 ,观察分析了戴镜第 1天至 3个月的裸眼视力、屈光度、角膜曲率的变化以及有无结角膜并发症发生等。结果 :(1)屈光变化 :治疗后均有不同程度的降低 ,最少降低 - 1.5 0D ,最多 - 5 .75D ,平均为 - 4.4 6± - 1.37D。在伴有散光患者中 ,散光降低范围为 - 0 .5 0～ - 2 .0 0D ,平均为 - 1.0 8± - 0 .5 9D。近视度数≤ - 3.0 0D以下者 ,13眼于 2个月内均转为正视眼 (10 0 % ) ,- 3.2 5～ - 6.0 0D37眼于 3个月内 2 0眼 (5 4.1% )恢复为正视眼 ,≥ - 6.2 5D的 14眼 3个月内仅有 3眼 (2 1.4 % )恢复为正视眼 ;(2 )角膜曲率 :降低范围在 + 1.0 0～ + 3.0 0D之间 ,降低幅度大者近视度数降低也较大 ;(3)并发症 :戴镜过程中 ,11眼 (17.2 % )引起散光或增加了散光度数 ,4眼 (6.3% )角膜点状损伤 ,适当处理后痊愈。结论 :OK镜是治疗青少年近视的有效方法 ,但其应用范围有一定的局限性 ,要严格掌握其适应证。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of orthokeratology(OK lens)in correcting myopia.Methods:OK lens was performed on 32 patients(64 eyes)with juvenile myopia.The patients were analyzed the changes of their uncorrected visual acuity,refraction,keratometric value and whether there were conjunctival of corneal complications and so on.Results:(1)Refractive change:All of the patients' diopter showed reduction ranging from-1.50D to -5.75D(mean-4.46±-1.37D).Among patients with astigmatism,the degrees decreased varying from-0.50D to 2.00D(mean1.08±0.59D).13 eyes(100%) with myopia of≤-3.00D became emmetropia within 2 months.In 37 eyes with -3.25D ～-6.00D,20 eyes(54.1%) became emmetropia,and in 14 eyes with≥-6.25D 3 eyes (21.4%) did within 3 months.(2)Keratometric value:The reduction ranged from+1.00D to+3.00D.The lower the keratometric value dropped,the better the myopia was corrected.(3)Complication:During therapy,11 eyes(17.2%)were caused astigmatism or got raising in degree,4 eyes(6.3%)had got corneal puncta injury.They all cured with proper treatment.Conclusion:OK lens is effective to treat juvenile myopia,but the application present some limitations,The indication must be gnasped strictly.
