摘  要:目的 :本研究通过对糖尿病性黄斑水肿随机进行氪黄、氪绿激光治疗 ,探讨黄光在治疗黄斑水肿方面是否优于绿光。方法 :将 86例 (15 1只眼 )糖尿病黄斑水肿患者随机分为氪黄、氪绿激光组 ,随访时间为 3~ 17个月 ,于光凝前后进行视力、眼底、眼底荧光血管造影检查 ,比较两组在视力改善、减轻黄斑水肿及光凝所需能量方面有何异同。结果 :光凝后两组在提高视力、减轻黄斑水肿方面无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。氪黄激光治疗黄斑水肿所需平均能量为 (132 70± 39 92 )mW ;氪绿激光所需能量为 (15 3 42± 6 0 44 )mW ,两者有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :氪黄与氪绿激光在治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿方面均有效 ,但氪黄激光与氪绿激光相比 。Objective:To find out which one of the two kinds of photocoagulation,krypton yellow or krypton green,is better in the treatment of diabetic macular edema.Methods:151 eyes of 86 diabetic patients were assigned randomly to receive either krypton yellow or krypton green laser treatment for diabetic macular edema.Follow up examinations were performed every 3 months,averagely 13 5 months.Before and after treatment visual acuity,fundus examination and fluorescein angiography were done.We compared the differences of visual improvement,visual loss,resolution of macular edema and the energy needed in treatment between two groups.Results:Comparison of visual improvement,visual loss,resolution of macular edema showed no statistical difference between two groups (P>0 05).However,the mean energy of krypton yellow laser photocoagulation used in treating macular edema was (132 70±39 92)mW,which was markedly lower than that used in the krypton green laser group (153 42±60 44)mW,(P<0 05).Conclusion:Krypton yellow laser photocoagulation in treating diabetic macular edema is equivalent to krypton green laser,but krypton yellow laser needs less energy than krypton green for the aim of treatment.
