超声引导热化疗介入治疗肝癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨超声引导下热化疗介入肝癌的可行性和疗效。方法　 48例肝癌患者 ,超声引导下 2 0G穿刺针穿入肿瘤内 ,5 FU加热到 80℃后 ,3min内注完 5 FU 2 50～ 1 50 0mg。与同期 1 8例超声引导瘤内注射化疗药比较。 结果　治疗后肿瘤均有不同程度缩小 ,境界清晰 ,内部回声增强。肿瘤缩小率 48.6%± 7.1 6% ,同期瘤内注射化疗药肿瘤缩小率 2 9.0 %± 9.2 1 % ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5)。结论　本方法简便易行 ,是一种治疗肝癌的可行性方法。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and effect of US guided thermochemotherapy in the treatment of hepatic carcinoma. Methods 48 cases of hepatic cancer were treated with thermochemotherapy, by US guided,with 5 FU warmed to 80℃ before infusion into hepatic cancer. The effectiveness was compared with those of 18 patients receiving chemotherapy by US guided within the same period. Results 34 patients remained alive in 3-60 months.After the treatment, all lesions(nodules) were decreased in size and blood flow in nodules disappeared. The tumor decrease rate of thermochemotherapy group was 48.6%±7.16% while that of the control group was 29.0%±9.21%,showing statistically significant difference. Conclusion US guided thermochemotherapy is a simple,effective, safe method in the treatment of liver cancer.
