摘　　要：综述了电镀层、阳极氧化膜、气相沉积多层膜和高温氧化膜等镀覆层中内应力产生的原因 ,介绍了内应力的测定方法 。The causes for the internal stress formed in electroplated coaing, anodic oxidation film, physical vapor deposition multilayer film and high temperature oxidation film are overviewed; the internal stress measuring methods described; and the factors affecting internal stress analyzed.
