摘 要:大豆蛋白羧甲基化后 ,再用高级脂肪酸酰氯酰化 ,然后以多价金属离子盐处理 ,得到的凝油剂具有较好的凝油性能 ,可用于水面原油与燃料油的回收处理。进一步研究发现 ,三价金属离子形成的凝油剂的凝油性能比二价金属离子形成的凝油剂的凝油性能好 ;羧甲基大豆蛋白酰化时所用的酰氯的碳原子数越大 ,凝油速度越快 ;凝油剂对原油的凝油性能比对柴油的凝油性能更好 ;水的盐度对凝油剂的凝油性能无明显影响。Oil gelling agents which had good coagulating property were prepared through soybean protein carboxymethylated and acylated by fatty acid acyl chlorides in mixed solvents of acetone alkali liquor at 0~5℃, and then treated with multivalent metal ions in aqueous solution. It can be used in the recovery of crude oil and fuel oil. Further studies had been given and found that the oil gelling agents that were synthesized through 3 valence metallic ions had better coagulation than that through 2 valence metallic ions. The longer the length of hydrocarbon chains in which carboxymethylated soybean protein was acylated, the quicker the oil coagulation. The coagulation of oil gelling agents was better to crude oil than that to fuel oil. The water salinity had no obvious effect on the coagulation of oil gelling agent.
