调心方、补肾方治疗Alzheimer病的比较研究

摘　　要：为比较调心方、补肾方治疗早老性疾呆 (AD)的疗效 ,将 30例中医辨证属心肾两虚的AD患者 ,以配对法随机分为A、B两组 ,分两阶段交叉给予调心方 (由党参、桂枝、菖蒲、远志等组成 )、补肾方 (由熟地黄、枸杞子、山萸肉等组成 ) ,每阶段 12W(间隔 2W)。观察各阶段MMSE、ADL和神经心理学量表 (FOM、RVR、DS、BS)的变化。结果 :调心方对AD患者的MMSE、FOM量表的疗效优于补肾方 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;对其它量表两方无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。In order to compare the therapeutic effects of 'Heart Regulating Formula'and 'Kidney Tonifying Formula'in treating Alzheimer disease(AD),30 cases of AD patients belonging to deficiency of the heart and kidney in pattern identification were randomly divided into Group A and Group B by the paired method and were crossly given'Heart Regulating Formula'(composed of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Rhizoma Acori Graminei,Radix Polygalae,etc.)and 'Kidney Tonifying Formula'(composed of Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,Fructus Lycii,Fructus Corni,etc.)in two stages,12 weeks in each stage(12 weeks in interval),in order to observe changes of MMSE,ADL and neuropsychological table(FOM,RVR,DS,BS).The results showed that the therapeutic effects were better in'Heart Regulating Formula'than in'Kidney Tonifying Formula'( P <0.05)in MMSE and FOM and there was no significant difference in others table between two groups( P > 0.05 ),indicating that 'Heart Regulating Formula'was better than'Kidney Tonifying Formula'in improving memory disturbance in AD patients of deficiency in the heart and kidney.
