肺癌病人红细胞免疫粘附功能检测分析

摘　　要：用红细胞C_ab受体花环试验(C_ab花环)和红细胞免疫复合物花环试验(IC花环)检测了53例肺癌病人红细胞C_ab受体(CR1)活性。治疗前的肺癌病人C_ab花环率显著降低,与治疗后肺癌病人以及正常对照组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05;<0.01);治疗前肺癌病人IC花环率与正常人比较非常显著地增高(P<0.001),与治疗后肺癌病人比较则无显著差异(P>0.05)。对上述两种试验在肺癌病人中的意义进行了初步探讨。The immune adherence activity of C_ab receptor (CR1) on erythrocytefrom 53 lung cancer patients (LCP) were tested by erythrocyte C_ab recepor rosette test (C_ab rosette) and enythrocyte immune complex rosette test(ICrosette). Before therapy, the C_ab rosette formation rate was lower than those following therapy and of normal adults (P<0.05; <0.01) ; while the rate of iC rosette formation rate was markedly high as compared with that of the normal control (P<0.001) , yet, comparing with that of LCP following therapy, the diference was statisticallyin significant (P>0.05). The clinical significance of these two rosette formation tests in LCP was briefly discussed.
