单个种植体冠修复的临床应用效果

摘　　要：①目的　观察前后牙单个种植义齿修复后的临床应用效果。②方法　对 6 0个种植体 ,采用单冠修复的方法 ,进行单个烤瓷牙冠的修复 ,并进行 2～ 3年的随访调查。③结果　 6 0个种植体冠中 ,在修复后有 2个失败 ,表现为种植体松动 ,修复成功率为 97% .有 3个种植体上部结构出现并发症 ,其中 1个为垂直中心固定螺丝松动 ,另 1个为水平固定螺丝松动 ,还有 1个种植体冠周龈缘发生炎症 ,其余种植体冠修复效果良好。④结论　合理设计。Objective\ To evaluate the clinical efficacy of restoration for single implant crown.\ Methods\ 60 single implant crowns were fabricated with the metal porcelain crown and follow up observation was carried out for two to three years. Results\ Of the sixty implant crowns, two were loosened, the success rate was 97%. The complications were found in three implant superstructures, one coping screw and one horizontal screw were loosened, one implant crown suffered from gingivitis, the others were well.\ Conclusion\ Reasonable design and accurate fabrication are the key points to ensure success for implanting dentures.
