新鲜羊膜移植治疗眼烧伤和复发性翼状胬肉的效果

摘　　要：①目的　观察羊膜移植术治疗眼烧伤及复发性翼状胬肉的效果。②方法　选择眼烧伤病人 3例 (3只眼 ) ,复发性翼状胬肉病人 9例 (14只眼 ) ,分别行单纯羊膜移植术、翼状胬肉切除合并羊膜移植术。术后应用裂隙灯观察植片成活情况。③结果　术后羊膜植片均成活 ,未见排斥反应及溶解现象。眼烧伤病人术眼角膜溃疡全部愈合 ,无新生血管侵入角膜面 ,无瘢痕形成 ,视力有不同程度提高。复发性翼状胬肉病人术后随访 0 .8～ 1.2年无复发。④结论　新鲜羊膜移植是安全。Objective To observe the effect of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation in the treatment of ocular surface burns and recurrent pterygium. \ Methods Amniotic membrane transplantation or combined with excision of pterygium was performed on ocular burns(3 cases, 3 eyes),recurrent pterygium (9 cases, 14 eyes). All the patients were observed by slit lamp microscope. \ Results No rejection and lysis were observed after fresh amniotic membrane transplantation. Corneal ulcer healed without newborn blood vessel breaking into cornea and scar . Improvement in vision of varying degrees was achieved. No recurrence was found in 9 cases operated for recurrent pterygium. \ Conclusion The transplantation of fresh amniotic membrane is a safe and effective procedure in the treatment of corneal ulcer due to burn and recurrent pteryglum.
