阴囊Paget病的临床诊治

摘　　要：①目的　探讨阴囊Paget病的临床特点、治疗方法及预后。②方法　对 41例阴囊Paget病病人临床资料进行分析 ,并随访预后情况。③结果　 41例病人均经组织学活检确诊。手术中 8例冷冻切片检查发现切缘有肿瘤细胞浸润 ,遂扩大切除范围 ;3例术后病理学检查发现切缘有肿瘤细胞浸润 ,予以二期手术切除。 36例病人获随访 90d～ 8年 ,其中 4例出现复发 ,1例发生区域淋巴结转移 ,未发现死于阴囊Paget病者。 ④结论　对可疑阴囊Paget病病人宜及早施行组织学活检 ,确诊后尽早行病灶根治性切除术。Objective To inquire into the clinical features and treatment of Paget disease in scrotum. Methods Clinical data of 41 patients with scrotal Paget disease were analyzed.\ Results The diagnosis was confirmed histologically. The edges of excision were found to be involved by tumor cell by frozen section in 8 cases and an expanded operation was done. The other 3 cases were involved by tumor cell in the margin after operation and a second-tage operation was carried out. 36 cases were followed up for 90 days to 8 years. Recurrence was in 4 cases and regional lymph node metastasis in one case was noted. No patients died of the disease. \ Conclusion Histological examination should be done for doubtful cases. A radical operation should be done promptly once the diagnosis is established. The prognosis is good for operativ cases.
