摘　　要：秘书腐败是侵害社会政治、经济、文化健康肌体的毒瘤。秘书腐败有其明显的职业特性 ,非职业化的秘书职业机制和职业文化的陈腐性机理 ,是秘书腐败的主要成因 。Secretary corruption erodes social politics, economy and culture. It has distinct professional features. The main causes of secretary corruption are the mon professionalism system and the corruptible mechanism of professional culture. Accordingly, the fundamental way to restraining secretary corruption is the realization of secretary professionalism.
