摘  要:研究了固定化氮循环细菌技术 (INCB)在物理生态工程 (PEEN)试验区的释放效果 ,INCB释放氮循环细菌对水生高等植物根部菌数的作用 ,PEEN试验区分布对INCB释放细菌效果的影响 ,PEEN INCB技术试验区布设对INCB释放氮循环细菌效果的影响。结果表明 ,采用INCB技术 ,使INCB在PEEN试验区内表现出明显的释放效果 ,进水处氮循环细菌最大可能数 (MPN)值与试验区各处氮循环细菌MPN值相比均有极显著差异 (P <0 0 0 5 ) ;应用PEEN INCB技术后 ,INCB生态浮岛水生植物根区与无INCB生态浮岛水生植物根区的氮循环细菌数MPN值相比均有极显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。物理The release experiments of immobilized nitrogen cycling bacteria(INCB) were conducted in the physico ecological engineering(PEEN) experiment plot in Hongfenghu Lake of Guizhou province.The amount of four types of nitrogen cycling bacteria including ammonifying bacteria,nitrobacteria,nitrosobateria and denitrifying bacteria were investigated.It could be found from the results that:①INCB released remarkably in PEEN experiment plot using techniques of INCB,and the most probable number(MPN)of nitrogen cycling bacteria in the water from all the PEEN experiment plot were significantly higher( P <0 005) than that in the water from inlet site;②MPN of nitrogen cycling bacteria around root zone of aquatic plants in plots using INCB technique were more( P <0 01) than that in the plots without using INCB technique significantly;③the design of PEEN experiment plot affected the release of nitrogen cycling bacteria noticeably.
