板料成形模拟系统的开发应用

摘　　要：介绍了拥有自主版权的板料成形动力显式有限元模拟系统VIFORM ,其包括基本原理和有关接触搜索、压边力处理、拉伸筋模拟和惯性效应避免等关键技术。最后通过对汽车矩形反光镜、仿车门及方盒的模拟 。VIFORM, the newly developed metal sheet forming simulation system with dynamic explicit finite element method was introduced, including the basic theory and the key techniques such as contact algorithm, treatment of blank_holding force, drawing rib simulation and avoidance of inertial effect. The system was verified through the simulation of the forming processes of the auto rectangular reference mirror, door model and square cup.
