摘　　要：在新经济背景下 ,传统的企业组织模式已经不能适应新经济时代的要求 ,企业不得不对其组织结构进行变革。IO联网组织则为这一问题提供了有效的解决途径。首先介绍了IO联网组织模式的由来和定义 ,然后通过与传统组织结构模式的对比来分析其特点和优势 。At present, the new-economy originated in America is rapidly sweeping over the world at the uncommon speed. The new-economy requires the new style organizational structure, internet organization (IO) is just the model which is suitable for the new-economy's need. This paper introduces the organization and the definition of IO, and analyses its characteristic, superiority and difference from virtual organization.
