摘  要:考察了对大直径中间相沥青炭单丝 (LDMCF)的高温热处理 ,以及LDMCF与大直径中间相沥青纤维在不同氧化条件下的关系。结果表明 ,随着热处理温度和氧化恒温时间的增加 (氧化恒温时间最长达 8h) ,LDMCF的d0 0 2 和电阻率 (ρ)减小 ;LC0 0 2 、取向度、 g因子和力学性能相应提高 ,LDMCF从乱层碳结构逐渐过渡到石墨微晶结构。在相同热处理温度 (HTT)和氧化条件下 ,两种LDMCF具有不同的d0 0 2 、LC0 0 2 、取向度、 g因子、ρ和力学性能 ,其间的差异与常压和加压制备LDMCF的前驱体中间相沥青有关。s: The relationship between heat treatment temperature (HTT) of LDMCF and the oxidative conditions of large diameter mesophase pitch filaments was investigated The results showed that the d 002 ,resistivity ( ρ ) decreased, L C002 ,degree of orientation, g factor and the mechanical properties increased with the increase of HTT and the time of oxidative holding up to 8 h And the texture of LDMCF changed, along with the increase of HTT and oxidative time, from random layered carbon to oriented graphite crystalline structure The d 002 , L C002 ,degree of orientation, g factor, ρ and mechanical properties of 1# and 2# LDMCF under the same HTT and the same oxidative time showed distinct differences, attributed to the preparation of LDMCF precursors mesophase pitch under different pressures of oligomerization
