海安县生活饮用水与上消化道恶性肿瘤关系的研究

摘　　要：目的　研究海安县生活饮用水与上消化道恶性肿瘤的关系。方法　对 45 1例上消化道恶性肿瘤病例进行1∶ 1的病例对照研究 ,用条件 L ogistic回归模型对获得的数据进行单因素和多因素分析 ,并对水源水质进行监测。结果　 1987～ 1990年饮用沟塘水 (β=0 .36 78,P<0 .0 1,OR=1.31)是上消化道恶性肿瘤的危险因素 ,饮用自来水年限长(β=- 0 .42 15 ,P<0 .0 1,OR=0 .6 6 )是保护因素。Objective To study the relationship between drinking water and malignant tumors of upper digestive tract in Hai'an county Methods The case control study was carried out among 451 cases with malignant tumors of upper digestive tract matched with controls in a 1∶1 ratio.Conditional Logistic regression model was used in the single factor and multiple factor analysis of the obtained data The sanitary quality of source water was monitored also Results Drinking pond water during 1987~1990 was the risk factor for the incidence of malignant tumors of upper digestive tract ( β=0 3678,P<0 01,OR =1 31);the longer duration of drinking tap water was the protective factor ( β=-0 4215,P<0 01,OR =0 66) Conclusion There existed a certain relationship between the high incidence of malignant tumors of upper digestive tract and drinking water in Hai'an county
