摘  要:使用低浓度的重组人白介素-2(rhIL-2)诱导的胎脾LAK细胞杀伤髓系白血病细胞系HL-60和KG-Ia51Cr释放研究表明,在不同的胎脾LAK效应细胞和靶细胞比(E:T)条件下,对两种分化程度不同的白血病细胞杀伤能力也不同。E:T越高杀伤能力越强,HL-60P<0.01,KG-IaP<0.005。胎脾LAK细胞杀伤HL-60平均杀伤率为55.44%±11.23%,KG-Ia平均杀伤率为22.54%±8.22%,两者比较P<0.005。在相同E:T时对HL-60和KG-Ia杀伤活性比较P<0.002。结果提示,胎脾LAK细胞对分化程度好的白血病细胞HL-60杀伤能力显著高于分化差的原始白血病细胞KG-Ia,E:T越大杀伤活性越强。因而为LAK细胞治疗髓系白血病提供了参考。Study of fetal spleen LAK cells induced by low concentration rhIL-2 killing 51Cr-markedmyeloid leukemic cell lines,HL-60 and KG-Ia demnnstrated that capacity of LAK cells inkilling HL-60 and KG-Ia varied under different ratios between fetal spleen LAK cells andtarget cells (E: T). The higher the E: T ratio,the greater the killer capacity, with significant difference P<0. 01 in HL-60 and P<0. 005 in KG-Ia. The fetal spleen LAK capacitywas also different in leukemic cells with different differentiating degrees. The average killingrate of fetal spleen LAK was different in HL-60 (55. 44% ± 11. 23% )from that in KG-Ia (22.54% ±8.22% ),P<0. 005. while under the same ratio of E: T,P<0. 002. The results suggest that the killer activity of fetal spleen LAK is higher in well-differentiated myeloidleukemic cell HL-60 than that of low-differentiated myeloid leukemic cell KG-Ia. This studyprovides a reference for the treatment of myeloid leukemia with LAK cells.
