温针灸治疗宫颈癌术后膀胱麻痹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察温针灸治疗宫颈癌根治术后膀胱麻痹性尿潴留的临床疗效。方法 :温针灸组选取中极、关元、气海、足三里、三阴交、阴陵泉进行温针灸 ,两个对照组分别采用针刺上述穴位及膀胱体操治疗。统计 3组疗效 ,同时对 3组治疗后的膀胱残留尿进行比较。结果 :温针灸组与两对照组的疗效之间的差异有非常显著的统计学意义 (均P <0 0 1)。结论 :温针灸治疗效果佳。Purpose To observe clinical therapeutic effect of warming needling through moxibustion on cystoparalysis urinary retention after radical operation of cervical carcinoma.Methods Warming needling through moxibustion was applied at Zhongji(CV 3),Guanyuan(CV 4),Qihai(CV 6),Zusanli(ST 36),Sanyingjiao(SP 6) and Yinlingquan(SP 9) in treatment group,and acupuncture was given at the above mentioned acupoints as control group Ⅰ and bladder kinetotherapy was used for control group Ⅱ.The therapeutic effects and residual urine of bladder after treatment were compared in the 3 groups.Results The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better than those in the two control groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Warming needling through moxibustion is a better therapy for cystoparalysis after radical operation of cervical carcinoma.
