胰岛素样生长因子和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对人牙周膜细胞增殖的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨重组人胰岛素样生长因子 (rh IGF)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (b FGF)单独及联合应用对人牙周膜细胞 (PDL C)增殖的影响。方法 :采用细胞培养技术 ,噻唑盐比色测定 (MTT)法。结果 :rh IGF- 1和b FGF对 PDL C的促增殖效应较对照组有明显提高 ,rh IGF- 1在浓度为 3.12 5 μg/ L 时对 PDL C作用非常显著。b FGF浓度在 1～ 10 μg/ L之间时对 PDL C有较强的促进增殖作用 ,其起效浓度是 1μg/ L。rh IGF和 b FGF联合作用时其促增殖作用较两种因子在相同浓度时单独应用相差显著。结论 :rh IGF和 b FGF单独或联合应用时有促进 PDL C的增殖的作用。Objective: To observe the effects of human insuline like growth factor 1 (rhIGF 1) and/or basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the proliferation of periodontal ligament (PDL) cells. Methods: PDL cells were exposed to rhIGF 1 and/or bFGF at various concentrations for 1,3,5 and 7 d respectively. The proliferation of the cells was studied with MTT assay.Results: rhIGF 1 at 3.125～25.000 μg/L or bFGF at 0.1～10 μg/L promoted PDL cells growth in a dose and time dependant way.3.125 μg/L of rhIGF 1 and 1 μg/L of bFGF showed stronger effects on cell growth than both used individually.Conclusion: rhIGF 1 and/or bFGF can promote the proliferation of PDL cells.
