抗忧郁焦虑药对癌症患者忧郁焦虑情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的　了解抗忧郁焦虑药物对进行常规治疗的癌症患者焦虑、忧郁情绪的影响。方法　对 39例伴有焦虑忧郁的肿瘤患者 ,在常规放疗、化疗及生物治疗的基础上给予抗忧郁焦虑药物百优解治疗 ,用药方法为每日口服百优解 2 0mg ,共 6周 ,观察治疗前及治疗后第 1、2、4、6周HAMA、HAMD量表总分、因子分和减分率的变化情况 ,结果进行统计学分析。结果　从第 2周开始患者焦虑、忧郁情绪有所改善 ,较治疗前明显好转 ,第 6周时焦虑、忧郁情绪改善有效率分别为 74.36 %和 76 .92 %。结论　伴有焦虑、忧郁的肿瘤患者在常规治疗的同时配合抗忧郁焦虑药物治疗 ,有助于改善患者的焦虑和忧郁情绪 。Objective To investigate the effects of fluoxetine in treating the cancer patients with anxiety and depression during chemotherapy,radiotherapy and immunotherapy.Methods A total of 39 patients were studied.They were 17 males and 22 femals with a mean age of 46 years,and were treated with chemotherapy,radiotherapy and immunotherapy together with fluoxetine,(oral 20 mg per day for six weeks).At pretreatment and after treatment,the 1st,2nd,4th and 6th week,they were assessed with Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD).Results Compared with pretreatment,fluoxetine improved anxiety and depression symptoms ( P <0.05 or P <0.01).The efficacy of fluoxetine treatment for anxiety and depression were 74.36% and 76.92% respectively,distinct improvements were seen mainly in the 2nd and 4th week after the therapy.Conclusion The fluoxetine is effective and well tolerated in improving anxiety and depression symptoms of the patients with advanced cancer.
