LFP、HLFP方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察比较LFP方案和HLFP方案治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效及不良反应。方法　对 6 1例晚期胃癌患者随机分为LFP组及HLFP组 ,治疗 2个周期后进行疗效及不良反应的评价。结果　LFP组 2 9例 ,有效率为 44.8% ,其中复治患者 18例 ,有效率为 2 7.8%。HLFP组 32例 ,有效率为 5 9.4% ,其中复治患者 2 2例 ,有效率为 5 9.1%。 2组总疗效无显著性差异。但对复治患者 ,HLFP组疗效显著高于LFP组。 2组不良反应发生率大致相近。不良反应主要为恶心呕吐、口腔粘膜溃疡、骨髓抑制、腹泻等。结论　LFP方案及HLFP方案对晚期胃癌均有较好的疗效 ,不良反应可耐受。对复治患者 。Objective To evaluate and compare the efficacy and toxicity of LFP regimen and HLFP regimen for treatment of advanced gastric carcinoma.Methods 61 patients with advanced gastric carcinoma were randomized into two groups:one was treated with LFP regimen,the other with HLFP regimen.Each case was assessed after 2 courses of treatment.Results 29 cases in LFP group had a response rate of 44.8%.Among them,18 cases retreated had a response rate of 27.8%,32 cases in HLFP group had a response rate of 59.4%.Among them,22 cases retreated had a response rate of 59.1%.Between them,there was no significant difference in total curative effects.For the retreated cases,the response rate in HLFP group was higher than that in LFP group.The toxicity,including nausea,vomity,myelosuppression,mucositis,were similar in two group.Conclusion LFP regimen and HLFP regimen both are effective in the advanced gastric carcinoma.The toxicity can be well tolerated.HLFP regimen seems to be more preferable in the retreatment of advanced gastric carcinoma.ACompar
