摘　　要：阐述计算机辅助教与学 (CAI/CAL)在教学改革中的重要性 ,论述了CAI/CAL的基本功能以及在电磁学教学改革中的主要应用 ,认为在21世纪 。The paper expounds the importance of Computer Aided Instruction and Computer Aided Learning (CAI & CAL) in the teaching reform. It discusses the basic functions and the main application of CAI/CAL on the electromagnetism teaching reform. It considers that CAI/CAL in teaching is main means to realize the modernization of education.
