摘 要:[目的 ]探讨草苁蓉乙醇提取物对D 氨基半乳糖中毒大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用 .[方法 ]将大鼠随机分为正常组、损伤组、草苁蓉低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组和联苯双酯组 ,分别灌胃给药 6d .第 5d除正常组腹腔注射等量的生理盐水之外 ,其它各组均 1次性腹腔注射D 氨基半乳糖 5 0 0mg/kg ,造成急性肝损伤模型 ,3 6h后取血及肝组织 ,分别测定血清丙氨酸转氨酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转氨酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性、丙二醛含量及肝组织超氧化物歧化酶活性、丙二醛含量 ,并作肝组织病理形态学检查 .[结果 ]草苁蓉中剂量组、高剂量组、联苯双酯组大鼠血清丙氨酸转氨酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转氨酶活性、血清及肝组织丙二醛含量明显低于损伤组 ,而超氧化物歧化酶活性明显高于损伤组 .病理分级结果 ,草苁蓉高剂量组变性及坏死较损伤组明显减轻 [结论 ]草苁蓉乙醇提取物对D 氨基半乳糖中毒大鼠急性肝损伤有剂量相关的保护作用 .OBJECTIVE?To investigate the protective effects of the Boschniakia rossica ethanol extract (BTEE) on D galactoasmine induced acute liver lesion in rats. ?METHODS?72 rats were randomly divided into normal group, damage group, BTEE low, middle and high dosage group and Biphengldimethylesteratis group, and the BTEE was perfused to stomach for 6 days. ln the fifth days, the 0.09 salt solution was injected into peritoneum in normal group, but the D galactoasmine 500?mg/kg was injected into peritoneum in the rest groups one time to induce the models of acute liver lesion. 36 h later, the blood and liver tissue were taken out and it was respectively measured that the alanine aminotransferase, asparate transferase, superoxide dismutase activities, malondialdehyde contents of serum and superoxide dismutasesuperoxide dismutase activities, malondialdehyde contents and protein contents of liver tissue were measured. At the same time, pathological morphologies of hepatic tissue were observed. ?RESULTS? ln the middle and greater dosage of Boschniakia rossia group and Biphenydimethylesteratis group,alanine aminotransferase,asparate transferase activities,malondialdehyde contents of serum and malondialdehyde contents of liver tissue were much lower than those in damage group:While superoxide dismutase activities in serum and hepatic tissue were much higher than those in damage group,The pathological grading result was that the greater dosage of Boschniakia rossia group compared with damage group were markedly diffreence in deterioration and necrosis. ?CONCLUSION? Boschniakia rossica ethanol extract had dosage related protective effects to acute liver damage induced by D galctoasmine in rast. The mechanism of that might relate to anti inflamation and anti freeradicals.
