进展期胃癌间质血管反应与癌间质T细胞亚群的关系

摘　　要：[目的 ]观察胃癌间质血管反应与癌间质T细胞亚群的相关性 .[方法 ]应用苏木精和伊红染色法、免疫组织化学和免疫荧光法检测 3 0例胃癌患者血管间质反应与癌间质内T细胞亚群的分布情况 .[结果 ]进展期胃癌间质血管数多者的肿瘤生长速度快 ,恶性程度增高 ,而辅助性T细胞与抑制性T细胞的比值呈进行性下降 ;而间质血管数少者肿瘤生长相对缓慢 ,恶性程度低 ,辅助性T细胞与抑制性T细胞比值相对较高 .[结论 ]胃癌间质的血管反应与肿瘤生长速度、生长方式及癌实质分化程度、癌间质T细胞亚群变化密切相关 .OBJECTIVE? To study the relationship between response of blood vessel and subgroup of T cells in advanced gastric carcinoma. ?METHODS? Using the HE, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescennce stain, the response of blood vessel and distribution of subgroup of T lymphocytes were examined in 30 cases of gastric cacinoma.?RESULTS? In advanced gastric carcinoma, the growth speed of tumor was fast, the malignant degree increased high and the ratio of T helper lymphocytes and suppressor T lymphocytes was progressively declined if the number of blood vessel was more, but the growth speed of tumor was slow, the malignant degree decreased low and the ratio of T helper lymphocytes and suppressor T lymphocytes was high relatively if the number of blood vessel was little. ?CONCLUSION? The response of blood vessel in carcinoma of stomach is correlated with the growth speed and mode, differential degree of parenchyma and the changes of subgroup of T lymphocytes.
