微量美蓝前囊染色在白色白内障连续环形撕囊术中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨以微量美蓝着色前囊膜提高白色白内障前囊在术中的辨别率的可行性和技术方法。方法 :前房内注入消毒空气 ,水分离针抽取 1%美蓝注射剂 0 0 1ml,注入前囊中央表面 ,轻轻磨擦 30s ,粘弹剂置换出空气 ,撕囊镊完成连续环形撕囊术。结果 :32例 39只眼中 35只眼获得圆形或类圆形撕囊口 ,占 89 7% ,3只眼产生 1个方位放射状裂口 ,1只眼产生 2个方位放射状裂口 ,术后未见明显前房反应和裂隙灯显微镜下所见的内皮反应。结论 :微量美蓝前囊染色可安全有效地应用于白色白内障连续环形撕囊术中 ,但必须注意操作技巧。Objective:To investigate the feasibility and method of anterior capsule staining with micro-methylene blue in white cataract circular continuous capsulorhexis.Methods:Disinfectant air was injected into the anterior chamber and 1% methylene blue 0 01ml was injected into central surface of anterior capsule which was slightly rubbed for 30 seconds after that.Air was replaced by the viscoelastic and circular continuous capsulorhexis was performed then.Results:35 of 39 eyes (89 7%)achieve round or almost round anterior capsule holes,3 cases achieve radial tear in one direction.1 case in two directions. There is no apparent atrial reaction and endothelial reaction in slit lamp microscope.Conclusion:Anterior capsule staining with micro-methylene blue is a safe and efficient technique in white cataract circular continuous capsulorhexis,but proper operation must be taken.
