P糖蛋白和拓扑异构酶Ⅱ在胃癌中的表达

摘　　要：目的　研究胃癌与多药耐药的关系。方法　应用免疫组化方法 ,检测 75例术前未进行化疗的胃癌组织中的P糖蛋白 (p gp)和拓扑异构酶Ⅱ (Topo Ⅱ )表达。 结果　p gp和Topo Ⅱ在 75例胃癌组织中阳性表达率分别为 76.0 %和 68.0 % ,p gp和Topo Ⅱ的表达与其组织类型有关。p gp高表达及Topo Ⅱ低表达与其淋巴结转移呈显著相关性。结论　通过检测p gp和Topo Ⅱ不仅可作为多药耐药的标志物 。Objective To stud y the relationship of gastric carcinoma and multi drug resistance.Methods 75 patients with previously untrea ted gastric carcinoma were studied fo r the expression of P glycoprotein(p gp) and Topoisomerase Ⅱ (Topo Ⅱ)by means of immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of p gp and Topo Ⅱ were 76.0% and 68.0% in ga stric carcinoma tissues.There was a corr elation between the expression of p gp,T opo Ⅱ and histologic subtypes.There was a significant relationship between the l ymph node involvement and the higher exp ression of p gp,lower expression of Topo Ⅱ.Conclusions p gp and Topo Ⅱ not only is a factor of multi drug re sistance,but also may have significant c linic value in the evaluation of prognos is and therapy design.
