摘　　要：论及有关预测炉管剩余寿命的各种方法 ,提出设计及工况变化的模拟—计算法 ,以HP Nb与Cr5Mo炉管剖析为例 ,阐述了剖析—试验法 。This paper presents several methods for predicting the remnant life of reformer tubes.The analogue computation method is proposed to be used under changing operating conditions.The dissection analysis method is explained in detail with post service tubes made of HP Nb and Cr5Mo.The 'reflection technique' as a new method of extrapolating life is recommended.
