EFFECTS OF CHEMICAL TREATMENTS ON POSTHARVEST PHYSIOLOGY AND STORAGE OF JIANG'AN PLUM

摘  要:江安李采后用不同的化学药剂处理 ,结合塑料薄膜袋小包装 ,在 3℃± 1℃条件下贮藏。对其采后生理特性及贮藏效果进行分析比较。试验结果表明 :⑴用塑料薄膜袋小包装冷藏 ,并使用乙烯吸收剂的条件下 ,用特克多 (50 0mg/kg)或 2 ,4 D(1 0 0mg/kg)或GA3 (50mg/kg)处理均能推迟江安李第二次呼吸高峰的出现。⑵江安李于常温下贮藏 ,其内源乙烯产生量增加较快 ,1 0日内可增至 1 4倍以上 ,3℃± 1℃冷藏 ,贮藏 50~ 60日才出现乙烯跃变。⑶在冷藏条件下 ,特克多 (50 0mg/kg)在 40天内有降低果实呼吸强度、多聚半乳糖醛酸酶 (PG)活性、果胶甲酯酶 (PE)活性和果实外渗液电导率的作用 ,但对过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性在整个贮藏期内无明显提高作用。GA3 (50mg/kg)对提高CAT活性 ,降低PG ,PE活性有明显作用 ,但同时又表现出对果实外渗液电导率有提高的作用。 (4) 2 ,4 D(1 0 0mg/kg) +塑料薄膜袋小包装 +乙烯吸收剂 +冷藏处理 ,对李果的贮藏生理变化有利 ,贮藏效果较佳 ,贮至第 60天好果率达 98.0 %。Jiang'an plum ( Prunus salicin Lindl.) fruits were treated with different chemicals before they were placed in small plastic film bags and stored at 3℃±1℃. Combined with ethylene absorbent, treatment with thiabendozole (TBZ) at 500 mg/kg, or 2,4 D at 100 mg/kg or GA 3 at 50 mg/kg delayed the arrival of the second respiratory peak of the stored fruits. Stored at room temperature, the fruit produced much ethylene on a short time, and ethylene concentration in them increased 14 folds in 10 days, while climacteric in cold storage (3℃±1℃) did not occur until 50~60 days after the start of storage. TBZ decreased respiratory intensity and PG and PE activity of the fruit and conductance of the fruit extract, but had no significant effect on CAT activity. GA 3 significantly enhanced the activity of Cat and decreased the activity of PG and PE, and it increased the conductance of the fruit extract. Optimum storage results were achieved in the treatment of 2,4 D, and good fruit rate was as high as 98.0% after 60 days' storage.
