摘　　要：介绍了高校伙食财务管理系统的开发过程以及系统开发所采用的主要技术措施 ,论述了系统的设计目标、系统的功能及特点。This paper introduces the developing process of financial administrative of the Mess system and the adoption of the main technical methods of the development of this system, and illustrates its design goal, functions, features, the function settings of the system and the like. This system has the fast speed of the data treatment, the high efficiency, the same result as the handwork, the greater value of spreading and application.
