摘 要:从大港油田生产井中分离到一株 Pseudomonas GD-2 3 .该菌株为兼性厌氧菌 ,在以原油烃为碳源的矿质盐培养基中 ,5 0℃缺氧条件下 ,可分解原油产生表面活性剂、有机酸及气体 ,并可使原油粘度、蜡含量、胶质沥青含量和凝固点分别降低 48%、1 7.7%、8.3 %、和 3 .5℃ .经气相色谱分析 ,Pr/C1 7、Ph/C1 8、和 (C2 1 +C2 2 ) /(C2 8+C2 9)的峰面积比值均有明显的增大 ,原油组分主峰由 C2 4 前移至 C2 0 .A strain of Pseudomonas GD 23 was isolated from the producing well of Dagang oilfield. It was a facultative anaerobic bacteria. This strain can degrade crude oil and produce surfactant, organic acid and gas when it was grown on a mineral medium containing Dagang oil as carbon source under anaerobic condition at 50℃, At the same condition, the strain can decrease viscosity, wax content, asphalt content and solidifying point of crude oil by 48%,17.7%, 8.3%, and 3.5℃. Analysis by gas chromatography showed that there were significant increase in the absorption spectrum ration of Pr/C 17 ,Ph/C 18 and (C 21 +C 22 )/(C 28 +C 29 ) on crude oil treated with Pseudomonas GD 23,the dominant peak of oil composition shifted from C 24 to C 20 .
