原发性肝癌患者手术前后SIL-2R和TNF含量检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨 33例原发性肝癌患者手术前后血清中 SIL - 2 R和 TNF含量的变化。方法　用放免法测 TNF含量和酶免法测 SIL- 2 R含量。结果　原发性肝癌患者手术前 SIL- 2 R和 TNF含量显著地高于正常人组(P<0 .0 0 1) ,手术后有明显下降 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　血清中 SIL- 2 R和 TNF可作为原发性肝癌患者免疫功能监测指标之一 。Objective To explore the changes of pre and post operative SIL 2R and TNF in 33 patients with primary liver cancer.Methods Serum TNF was detected by RIA and SIL 2R,by double sadwitch antibody(ELISA).Results Pre operative SIL 2R and TNF levels in the patients were much higher than those in normal control( P < 0.001 ),and post operative SIL 2R and TNF levels decreared ( P <0.05).Conclusion The detection of serm levels of SIL 2R and TNF might be a useful method of monitory the immune function in patients with primary liver cancer.
