血清酶及脂类分析对脂肪肝的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的　探讨脂肪肝的形成对肝脏功能的不良影响。方法　对 92例临床表现符合并经 B超明确诊断为脂肪肝的患者采用酶动力学法及化学显色终点法 ,测定血清酶和脂类含量水平。结果　肥胖性脂肪肝、糖尿性脂肪肝、酒精性脂肪肝血清 r- GT、AST、TG均呈明显升高。结论　血清 r- GT、AST升高伴 TG升高是诊断脂肪肝较有价值的指标。应用血清酶和脂类分析的方法 ,再结合 B超诊断 。Objective To study the harmful effects of the formation of fatty liver to liver function.Methods The levels of serum enzymes and the content of lipid were detected with enzyme kinetics and chemical coloration end point assay in 92 patients with fatty liver confirmed based on the clinical appearance and B ultrasonography.Results The levels of serum r GT,AST and TG raised significantly in patients with corpulent,diabetic or alcoholic fatty liver.Conclusion The raised levels of serum r GT、AST and TG are valuable indexes for diagnosis of fatty liver.Analysis of serum enzymes and lipid combined with B ultrosonography can make the diagnosis of fatty liver definitely.
