摘　　要：近年来 ,随着分子生物学及计算机技术在医学领域的不断发展 ,DNA图象分析技术也得到了飞速发展 ,尤其是DNA的原位定量是目前细胞化学定量研究最多的一个方面。对肿瘤DNA直接定量不仅可以了解肿瘤DNA的改变 ,而且可用DNA直方图来显示肿瘤细胞群DNA的分布状况 ,并对肿瘤的早期诊断、治疗方案的选择具有较大的参考价值。With continual development of molecular biology and computer technique in medical field recent years,the technique of DNA image analysis is getting rapid progress,too.Especially the fixed quantity in situ of DNA is a most-used method for research on cellar chemical fixing quantity.The direct quantity of tumor DNA can not only reflect the change of tumor DNA,but also show the distribution of tumor cell mass DNA and provide much reference for early diagnose and the choose among therapy methods for tumor clinical application.
