胰腺囊腺瘤和囊腺癌的诊治

摘　　要：目的探讨胰腺囊腺瘤和囊腺癌的临床特点,从而对该病的诊治提出参考意见。方法对本院30年内住院病人中的2例并结合国内文献共62例进行临床分析。结果有28例采用胰腺囊性肿瘤及胰体尾部、脾切除,有6例行Whipple手术。结论胰腺囊腺瘤和囊腺癌属少见疾病,临床表现缺乏特异性,但对于中年女性,如果无急性胰腺炎或腹部外伤史,中上腹部出现腹胀、囊性包块,B超或CT检查提示该包块为囊性,中间有分隔,包块局部动脉血流量增多,即要考虑为胰腺囊腺瘤或囊腺癌。Objective To explore the clinical characters of pancreatic cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 2 cases of pancreatie cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma admitted to our hospital in recent 30 years and 62 cases in domestic literatures were analyzed Results 28 cases were adopted resection of pancreatic tumor or pancreatic body and tail with splenectomy.There were 6 cases needed whipple′s operation.Conclusion Pancreatic cystadenoma and cystadeno carcinoma are rare diseases which have a lack of specific clinical manifestation.For those middle-aged female patients,abdominal mass with distension occurrenced in epigastrium and middle abdomen that indicated of cyst with middle septation and increased local artery blood flow by B-ultrasonic or CT examination,if not acute pancreatitis or abdominal trauma,the pancreatic cystadenoma or cystadenocarcinoma must be considered.
